Punishment if rules are broken

Failer to follow the rules: You have 3 strikes of warns until its a higher punishment. Every time you are warned you will be sent a PM to your XboxLive Account and will be marked on the warn list as [YourGamerTag] Warn- 1/3 . Once you get to 3/3 the punishment goes up. Each punishment has its own list.
First Offence - Warns 0/3
Second Offence - Kicks 0/2
Third Offence - Suspension 0/1
Fourth Offence - Ban 0/1
Ban or Suspension appeals can be made on our forums website.If allowed Back in, your punishment list resets back to Second Offence. That means If ever banned or suspended and brang back into the gamemode and you rulebreak again, there is no warns any longer, Its just Kicks and higher so on.
